Monitoring -
Services are returning to normal and you should be able to create keys and add payments without issues again. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Identified -
We have identified an issue in Bookingplanner which makes it impossible to generate a keycard. We are currently working on a fix.
Payments are also affected. When adding a payment to a folio, a notification of a 'Technical error' can be seen. The payment does get added to the folio but does not become visible instantly. A temporary solution is to refresh the page (F5 on Windows, Command-R on Mac) after adding the payment.
